SwiftGuard®

SwiftGuard® Roof Underlayment is a high-performance synthetic roof underlayment for all steep-slope roofing materials including tile, steel, and shingles, as well as natural and composite slates and shakes. SwiftGuard® Roof Underlayment includes innovative, patented nail gasketing technology for superior moisture resistance. A high grip backing, and non-woven, thermally embossed facer provide increased deck grab and superior walkability.

SwiftAnchor™

SwiftAnchor™ Base Sheet is a high-performance synthetic base sheet or anchor sheet specifically designed for optimal adhesion of Westlake Royal TileSeal™ HT and Westlake Royal™ MetalSeal HT underlayments. An innovative, patented nail gasketing technology for superior moisture resistance combined with a high grip backing for deck grab and superior walkability make this product of choice for a nailable base sheet. Each roll is approximately 10 squares (1,000 sqft) weighing only 45 lbs per roll making installation Swift and easy to Anchor down for the high winds of Florida.

GatorSeal®

GatorSeal® Underlayment is a heavy-duty, modified asphalt-reinforced underlayment that seals around nail penetrations and protects against ice dams and wind-driven rain.

Citadel® Plus

Citadel® Plus SBS modified asphalt core self-seals around nail or screw penetrations when mechanically fixing roofing. Seals to the roof deck provide additional security against potential leaks compared to mechanically fastened base sheets.
