Newpoint Concrete roof tile is one of the most sustainable roof systems in today’s market. We offer a wide variety of energy-saving reflective Cool Roof colors, and our manufacturing process has a small carbon footprint which uses only naturally occurring and abundant resources.
Using identical heat sources simulating the sun’s radiation, we measured temperatures in an attic using our Newpoint Cool Roof System compared to common asphalt shingle installation. The results showed less heat in the attic that used the Cool Roof System, resulting in lower energy bills.
